John graduated from Northeastern University in 1995 and started his insurance carrier at The Hartford Insurance Company. In 2000, after mastering coverage, he made the transition to the agency side at Wentworth DeAngelis and Kaufman Insurance heading up the Personal Lines department. The large growth in the agency saw John moved into the position of Vice President of production. The success of John’s carrier is rooted in the belief that client’s needs come first and providing superior customer service has to be the norm. Mentoring new producers and seasoned staff on the importance of service is what keeps Wentworth DeAngelis and Kaufman’s retention in the high 90’s.
