Gavin started his career in Insurance at WDK in 2006 starting out as a customer service representative and gravitating through a multitude of positions over the years. Gavin has worked in producing new business for the agency while building a strong and loyal client base. Gavin has also handled the majority of marketing responsibilities in office not only for himself but for the producing staff as well, Gavin has been responsible for creating narratives for new business to underwriters so that the agency is successful in finding the right company for the customer and at the most competitive price! Along with producing and marketing he has also been involved with carrier relations, profit sharing analysis and company communications, Gavin has also taken on a role of mentoring new producers navigate the insurance industry. Gavin is a third generation Insurance Executive and his passion for insurance and helping people protect their most valued assets is only rivaled by the love for his 3 boys Griffin, Ryan and Rory as well as his wife Tiffany.
